The Panel Craft delivers wall panels and related products to destinations available at checkout on thepanelcraft.co.uk.

Delivery destinations and charges

Available delivery regions, methods and charges are displayed at checkout before you place an order. Oversized or bulky panel orders may require a specialist delivery service. If we cannot fulfil a delivery to your address, we will contact you before dispatch.

Processing and delivery estimates

Order processing and transit times depend on the product, stock availability, supplier and delivery location. Any specific estimate or agreed delivery date will be displayed at checkout, on the product page or in your order confirmation. Estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. Unless another delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Delivery updates

When tracking is available, we will provide details by email or another method provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Receiving your order

Please inspect packaging and products upon delivery, taking photographs of any visible damage and contacting us promptly. Reporting damage quickly helps us investigate with the courier and does not remove your statutory rights.
