Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Welcome to The Panel Craft. These terms apply to orders placed through thepanelcraft.co.uk. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Products and information
We sell wall panels and related products. We aim to describe products, dimensions, finishes and prices accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. Please check measurements, quantities, compatible accessories and installation requirements before buying. Our panel calculator is an estimate and should be checked against your own measurements.
Orders and payment
By placing an order you offer to purchase the selected products at the total price shown at checkout. We may contact you if there is a stock, availability or pricing issue before accepting or fulfilling your order. Payment options, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown at checkout. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order.
Delivery, cancellations and returns
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains fulfilment and delivery. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains cancellation, returns and refunds. These policies do not restrict consumer rights under UK law.
Installation and suitability
Customers are responsible for checking suitability, surface preparation, dimensions and safe installation, following any product instructions and appropriate professional advice. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website content
Website text, branding and images are provided for browsing and purchasing from us. Unauthorised copying or misuse is not permitted, subject to applicable law.
Liability and consumer rights
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights relating to goods. Nothing here limits remedies you are legally entitled to.
